We are regularly carrying out a variety of property maintenance services to our clients such as; Electrical work; Buildings work – Refurbishments and Project Managing; Facilities Maintenance including – Fire alarm testing, Air Conditioning repairs , and much more; And finally our commercial cleaning service, particularly popular with customers is our contracted regular cleaning.
Not only do we offer one off services, we also offer contracts to our clients to ensure their buildings are kept in the best shape all year round.

A Little About Us
Amtec was originally formed in 2019 to provide commercial buildings with a variety of maintenance services. Prior to Amtecs formation, one of the companies directors, Donna, ran DW’s Cleaning Services which has been cleaning properties and premises for over 15 years. The other director of Amtec, Christopher, worked in site management and is also a fully qualified Electrician who has been working in the field ever since leaving School.
We decided to join forces and work together to provide companies with a bespoke service where they could get all their maintenance services completed with just one business. Amtec will take the worry away from you and your business and will complete any given work requested, managing the projects through to the end.
