We support clients with the day-to-day tasks that keep buildings functional, compliant and well presented. That includes regular inspections, scheduled servicing, and responsive maintenance to prevent small issues from becoming costly problems. For clients with multiple sites or ongoing maintenance needs, we provide structured programmes of planned preventative maintenance (PPM). These schedules ensure that key systems are checked and serviced at the right intervals; helping you stay compliant and reduce the risk of unplanned disruption. We’ll work with you to agree a tailored plan, taking into account your building usage, lease obligations, and any existing service records. Where specialist input is needed, we’ll coordinate trusted subcontractors and provide all relevant certification.

All works are fully risk assessed and carried out in line with relevant health and safety standards. Our operatives are uniformed, trained, and DBS-checked where required.
