We offer a range of cleaning contracts — from short-term support to long-term agreements — each with a set of flexible options to meet your operational and budgetary needs.
Core Contract
Our most popular option for offices, schools, and commercial premises that need consistent, scheduled cleaning. This includes general cleaning of workspaces, kitchens, washrooms, and shared areas, carried out on a daily or weekly basis depending on usage.
It’s ideal for clients who want a simple, structured service with clear responsibilities and no surprises. Specifications are agreed in advance and reviewed regularly.
Enhanced Contract
For larger or more complex buildings; such as schools, public buildings, or multi-tenant commercial sites; our enhanced contract provides a more detailed scope. This can include additional duties such as periodic deep cleaning, floor machine treatments, window cleaning, and reactive response as needed.
A site supervisor is usually assigned under this contract to oversee quality, scheduling and reporting.
Flexible Cover Contract
Designed for clients who need short-term or reactive support; for example, to cover staff absence, manage seasonal peaks, or support specific events or building works. We can step in quickly, work to your internal protocols, and provide trusted staff to bridge the gap.
This contract is ideal for facilities teams or managing agents who need a reliable backup without long-term commitment. Also ideal for one off deep cleans; ideal for end tenancy.
